The school nurse will be attending the school February 11^th for a mop up session of HPV and MMR immunisations. If your child was absent that day and you had consented to either immunisation, the school nurse needs to be informed of any changes to their health.

If you have received a form and not returned it to school please do so to consent or not consent as soon as possible.
