Learner effectiveness
Teaching learners to become effective and powerful learners is a fundamental part of our learning experience. Alongside ‘know-how’ and ‘skills’, learners need to develop the dispositions that will enable them to become life-long learners. The 4Cs outline our approach to learner effectiveness and were developed by staff and pupil learning forums.
Throughout their time at Bryngwyn, learners will be given opportunities to develop within these dispositions through learner experiences, feedback and targets.
